I led a team of 4 and created Clutch Club, a brand that offers stylish customized clutch bags at middle-end price point to both young and mature women. The business is located in San Francisco, California, which also influences the designs for the stylish and artistic graphic arts, initials, typography, for the the clutch bags.

Our mission is to accessorize customers in innovative, stylish, yet personal and fun ways with our custom clutch bags. Clutch Club encourages creativity and uniqueness, but also embraces the classics and traditions.

Location

Our intended physical location for the business is in HAYES VALLEY DISTRICT located in San Francisco. It has high foot traffic, and large flow of shoppers. The area has a comfortable and exciting shopping environment, where it consists of many boutiques, cafes, restaurants. It’s also considered to be a hip area of the city. Moreover, we are planning to have small pop-up stores near the famous landmarks and scenic spots such as Ferry Building or Fishermen Wharf. We will also provide an e-commerce website for online orders and product customization.


Customer Profile

Promotions

Online presence is essential for the brand. We use social media networks such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc as core marketing tool in order to promote the brand, effectively communicate with the customers and vice versa. Another promotional strategy is special events. Our business will also host an opening party at our physical store, where we will invite fashion savvy individuals, bloggers, designers, artists to join us. And we also invite them to collaborate with our business too. Other strategies include traditional billboard ads and the press.
